This unique 36 Unit condex on Loon Pond was the first of its kind to be constructed in Springfield. The condex creates separate ownership of units in a multi-unit building without the need for condominium fees. This makes the property more marketable as it reduces the cost to potential buyers. S.M. Reilly Associates represented this project through permitting, construction and sale. Attorney Stephen M. Reilly, Sr. received the annual Springfield Conservation Commission award for his efforts in the preservation of Loon Pond associated with this development.
