Station Place Condominiums

Station Place Condominiums, Palmer, MA.
A unique 28 unit condominium conversion project. These condominiums were recently created by converting mixed residential and commercial property into a residential condominium community. A trend in the eastern part of the state, condominium conversion seeeks to increase property value by breaking up multi-unit housing into single units. As individual units they become worth more than the multiunit building. These types of conversions have been increasing in frequency in the western part of the state. S.M. Reilly & Associates conducted the permitting and creation of condominium association documents for this project. Following are photographs of Station Place:
