Mountainview Condominiums

Mountainview Condominiums, Easthampton, MA.
This 32-Unit residential condominium development was undertaken pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40B. This statute allows certain local zoning laws to be relaxed when the developer commits to selling a percentage of the units at an affordable rate. This process allows the developer to develop property that may not otherwise be developable. S. M. Reilly & Associates was able to see this project through permitting to construction and sale, from a four acre lot to a profitable condominium development in three years with all condo units being sold within a year of construction.
