This 44-Unit condominium development was also undertaken
pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40B. The first unit has just been completed
and put up for sale. S.M. Reilly & Associates obtained all
permits, conservation permitting at the local and state level,
and oversaw all contracts associated with this project. The condominiums
sit on a beautiful piece of property abutting Crystal Lake which
is visible in the pictures below:
